Return and Exchange Policy

At ShopQSE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please refer to our Simple Returns policy below to determine your eligibility for return or exchange.

  1. Return Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, ShopQSE must receive the returned item(s) within 30 days of the shipment date. Within this timeframe, you may return any item for any reason, provided it remains unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  2. Return Procedure: When returning an item, please ensure all product packaging, boxes, manuals, and any applicable certifications of authenticity, grading, and assessment are included. Additionally, please package your returned item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit to our designated return address.

  3. Custom Jewelry and Made-to-Order Items: Please note that custom jewelry and made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless deemed to have a manufacturing defect by our Returns Department.

  4. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 5 business days of receiving the return. Customers will receive a refund for the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping and handling fees incurred during the initial purchase. Alternatively, customers may opt for a store credit.

  5. Return Shipping: ShopQSE will provide customers with a return shipping label for their convenience. It is mandatory to use this provided label for return shipments.

  6. Sale and Clearance Items: All purchases made through the website's Sale and Clearance sections are considered final and non-refundable. However, flawed or damaged items purchased from these sections may be returned in accordance with our standard return policy.

Gift Returns:

  • When returning a qualifying item purchased with a gift, customers must also return the gift itself. Failure to return the gift will result in the customer's account being charged for its value.
  • If the customer wishes to retain the gift but return the qualifying item(s), the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer's account accordingly.
  • The gift must be returned in its original condition and packaging to avoid charges for its value.
