Ready-to-Ship Products:
Certain popular items are ready to ship within one (1) to four (4) business days. When your
order is ready, it will be sent using USPS Priority Mail, which generally includes delivery
within 1-3 days for U.S. addresses, with a signature required upon delivery at no extra cost.
If you need faster delivery, you can opt for FedEx Priority Overnight® for an additional fee.
Please note that processing your order may still take up to two (2) business days before it is
shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your
order is on its way.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products:
Most of our items are custom-made and require approximately two (2) weeks for creation
before they can be shipped. We will provide an estimated shipping date, which you can find
on the product page, in your shopping cart, at checkout, and in your order confirmation
email. While most orders are shipped on or before the estimated date, some may ship
shortly after, depending on production times and quality checks. Once ready, orders are
shipped via USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation at no extra charge. For faster
delivery, you can select FedEx Priority Overnight® for an additional fee, but please be
aware that choosing expedited shipping does not affect the time needed for production and processing.
Shipping Terms and Conditions:
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure secure delivery. We only ship to
physical addresses (home or business); we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For security
reasons, shipping addresses cannot be altered once an order is placed. If delivery fails after
three attempts, the package will be returned to Shopqse, and we will contact you to arrange
the next steps. Once we hand over the package to the carrier, the responsibility for the
product passes to you, the customer. Shopqse is not liable for delays due to weather, carrier
issues, incorrect addresses, or changes to address information.
